
Production Specialist

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage regional Runners scheduling and rental vehicles
• Have an understanding of deal structure and the settlement process
• Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed
• Maintain regular communications with Production Manager's and O&O GM's
• Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization
• Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed
• Support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows/events
• Attends meetings as outlined by the Production Manager
• Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all ''past show'' files on the shared drive and vendor records
• WORKDAY/ABI Management for Production Labor
• Based in the Southern CA with the ability and flexibility to work at venues throughout Southern CA
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)
• 2+ years' experience in a live environment operation
• High School Diploma
• Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs/Sheets
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree
• ABI/TMSS experience
• Workday experience
• Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking
• Cash/PEX handling experience
• Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• • Moderate to loud level or noise in work environment

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
