Job Description:
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Production Coordinator to assist in ensuring a positive and creative environment for the production team and venue. This role involves managing hospitality needs, supporting production staff, and maintaining financial tracking and inventory logs.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure a positive and creative environment for the production department and venue.
• Address hospitality needs for both the venue and artists.
• Understand deal structure and manage the settlement process.
• Maintain department manuals and training materials.
• Assist production staff as needed, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and track maintenance logs for production equipment.
• Schedule staff in collaboration with the Production Manager while controlling labor costs.
• Manage communications between the production team, GM, and Talent Buyer.
• Oversee stage, sound, and lighting crew operations, ensuring the safe and consistent use of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of past show files and vendor information.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirements:
• Experience: Prior production experience in an entertainment venue and experience with tour and stage production.
