Job Summary:
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager with all aspects of event production. This role involves assisting artists with load-ins and load-outs, maintaining production equipment, ensuring the stage and backstage areas are clean and organized, and performing various production-related errands.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Production Manager with event production.
• Move equipment and set up production gear.
• Assist artists with load-in/out.
• Handle errands associated with talent and production needs.
• Coordinate food and beverages for talent and crew.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness standards.
• Distribute show passes and manage guest lists.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in live sound or recording studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an exceptional driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, noisy environment.
