WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows/events
• Prodivde overall day of show support to the Production Manager, Back of House team and to the Touring Personell
• Manage the day of show parking list and show credentials
• Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed
• Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of ''show'' files on the shared drive
• WORKDAY/ABI/TMSS Management and payroll processing for Production Labor
• Create labor estimates
• Manage onsite Runners and additional PA's on a show by show basis
• Maintaine and track petty cash
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)
• High School Diploma
• Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a live environment operation
• ABI/TMSS/Workday experience
• Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking
• Cash handling experience
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Modeate to loud level or noise in work environment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$23.20 USD - $29.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
