Our Merch Traffic team is looking for a creative, driven and passionate Production Coordinator to join our team. What This Role Will Do
• Source new product from domestic and overseas suppliers;
• Work with creative and A&R to ensure new product designs can be produced at desired cost and order quantity;
• Work with purchasing team to set realistic deadlines;
• Submit Purchase Orders for our various brands across both touring and e-commerce;
• Follow through with vendors to hit deadlines;
• Receive in product so invoicing is correct;
• Work with vendors as issues arise to ensure they are meeting shipping deadlines and Merch Traffic quality standards;
• Liaise with our partner warehouses to ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods;
What This Person Will Bring
• Previous purchasing experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
• Super organized and detail-oriented;
• Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time;
• Strong prioritization abilities;
• Excellent math skills (understanding of cost of goods/margin/mark up);
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting/production software;
• Experience with apparel printers and US promotional products suppliers (SAGE/ASI) strongly preferred;
• Work experience in entertainment and/or fashion industries a plus;
