This is a Part Time Job
THE JOB
Responsible for assisting in processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies. This role will work directly with the Production and Payroll Coordinator. In this role you will focus on processing payroll for casual labor, imputing required attestations and policies to Live Nation BOX, dispensing equipment keys and collecting and uploading acceptance of liability forms as required by Live Nation, dispensing and tracking PEX card receipts and uploading within 48 hours of event while supporting & collaborating with the Director of Production and Production Department.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Must ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production Department.
• Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization.
• Assist and support all production department personnel with job functions as needed.
• Enter Department payroll as outlined by the Director of Production and Production and Payroll Coordinator, develop reports as required.
• Responsible for coordinating with required staff scheduling of pick up and drop off.
• Maintain regular communications with Director of Production.
• Maintain and update all staffing contact information and availability.
• Assist in onboarding runners in Workday
• Field employee emails/phone calls regarding payroll and onboarding issues
• Be onsite at engagements as necessary to assist the Production Department as required
• Duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Computer literate in Windows and Apple OS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word,
• PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
• Some college or college Degree in related field
• Production experience in the entertainment industry
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Must be able to lift to 25 lbs
• Moderate to loud level or noise possible in work environment
• Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
