WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. Reports to Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Production Manager and provide input during pre-production meetings with clients
• Schedule and monitor all phases of production process
• Maintain all production equipment, vehicles, and facilities
• Coordinate people and equipment for live events
• Manage and train seasonal production help
• Maintain records of seasonal employees, equipment purchases, and maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Requires a high school diploma/GED.
• High school diploma or GED and four year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
• Experience in audio and video production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
