WHO ARE WE?
THE ROLE
As Product Manager, Personalization & Audience Platform, you will own the evolution of our composable Customer Data Platform, which powers audience creation and activation across Live Nation and
Ticketmaster. Your mission is to enable marketers to deliver highly targeted, data-driven campaigns at a global scale - by improving data accessibility, expanding activation channels, and driving adoption of CDP capabilities across teams. You'll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and product, translating complex data systems into intuitive, high-impact marketing capabilities.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own the vision and roadmap for Live Nation's CDP, driving scalable, data-driven audience activation across global marketing teams.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert and admin for the CDP, enabling marketers to create and activate effective audiences while driving adoption through improved processes, tooling, and documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and vendors to define product requirements, user stories, and workflows; translate business needs into prioritized enhancements that improve audience targeting and campaign execution.
• Leverage a strong understanding of data systems to unlock new audience capabilities, partnering with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data flows from Databricks into the CDP and downstream platforms.
• Expand activation capabilities by launching and scaling new channels and use cases (e.g., paid media), enabling marketers to reach audiences across a growing ecosystem of platforms.
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., adoption, activation volume, campaign lift) to measure CDP performance, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement in audience activation and business impact.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - REQUIRED
• 2+ years of product management, analytics, or marketing technology experience
• Experience with CDPs (Hightouch, Lytics, Rudderstack, etc.) required
• Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to translate complex data systems into simple, actionable marketing capabilities
• Strong stakeholder influence across technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on with tools and data
• Bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex, non-linear problems
• Passion for leveraging data to drive customer engagement and business impact
• Ability to translate complex data systems into simple, actionable marketing capabilities
• Strong stakeholder influence across technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on with tools and data
