THE JOB
We are currently looking for a part-time Marketing and Ticketing Assistant for Latin America touring. This person, under guidance of the VP, Marketing & Event Sponsorship, will be responsible for various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, maintaining show/on-sale calendars, and more. This role relies heavily on cross-team coordination and communication, ensuring our team is set up for success.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Perform a range of administrative support duties for the Latin America Marketing and Ticketing teams
• Assist in meeting preparation, including maintaining calendars and updating agendas
• Maintain on-sale calendars and trackers, as well as reports and resources for various Touring teams
• Ensure all necessary show marketing and ticketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary tools
• Assist in ticket count reporting when needed
• Assist in additional duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a related field such as music, entertainment, or media
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred
• Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration skills – ability to work well in a team environment and navigate various internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
• Ability to prioritize and predict possible needs
• Social media/digital marketing knowledge of organic content and paid campaigns
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
