WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Develop sustainable promotions and in-venue programming that creates growth in existing business segments and provides opportunity for new business growth
• Create, manage and execute strategic venue marketing plans, media buys, branding strategies, and consumer communications for the House of Blues Restaurant, Special Events, Gospel Brunch, Retail and Foundation Room
• Create, develop and maintain venue direct marketing collateral in all print and digital formats including but not limited to: advertisements, e-mail campaigns, web banners, rack cards, promotional fliers, sales packages, brochures
• Responsible for guest relations/public relations and community outreach programs
• Develop & communicate marketing initiatives for cross-selling business segment opportunities
• Implementation and execution of national and local marketing and sponsorship plans
• Manage marketing spends and advertising agencies/consultants/ freelancers and other marketing suppliers, including contract management
• Grow and leverage venue marketing databases to drive traffic to venue and communicate business initiatives to consumers in a strategic, targeted annual plan (together with home office team)
• Directly responsible to manage the venue's Fixed Marketing budget that supports all efforts
• Report weekly to GM and Home Office on new and on-going initiatives, inclusive of financial performance, short and long-term goal setting and collaborative efforts with all departments.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
• 3-5 years experience
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree

The expected compensation for this position is:
$60,000.00 USD - $76,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
