The Media & Sponsorship Human Resources team is seeking a College Associate who is interested in gaining insight within our Learning & Development function.
This program will offer the experience of creating systematized learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will be a motivated undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate looking to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic corporate environment. This opportunity will allow the College Associate to gain experience while contributing to our learning and development initiatives.
Program Dates: May 29 – August 8, 2025

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Collaborate with the L&D function of HR, generating learning programs and facilitations for Media & Sponsorship
• Apply Design Thinking efforts to create training materials that are inclusive to various intersections of learners
• Develop meaningful instructional materials and presentations that enhance the learning experience for our hybrid organization
• Collect and report on feedback from surveys distributed post-facilitation
• Track and review data on affiliate learning and development programs
• Assist with systematizing learning program data
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be a current student enrolled in a master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
