Job Description:
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations at the Fillmore Seattle. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining Live Nation standards for customer and artist experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer and Staff Management:
- Ensure high standards of customer service for staff, patrons, and vendors.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a skilled team of full- and part-time employees.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture for employees and guests.
• Revenue Optimization and Venue Operations:
- Identify and maximize revenue drivers while enhancing the guest and artist experience.
- Manage food and beverage operations and implement best practices for parking and traffic management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage, and other teams to create engaging offerings that drive revenue growth and partner engagement.
• Event Coordination:

• Compliance and Financial Oversight:
