THE BRAND MANAGEMENT TICKETING TEAM

THE JOB
Primarily, the Festival Ticketing Manager, will manage all LN Festival ticket requests and work along side the National/Regional Brand Managers and the Sales team who oversee and manage all client sponsorships, programs, sponsor operations and activities on a Festival level. This includes daily, reporting, submitting of sponsor ticket bank ticket requests, working as an operational liaison between Media and Sponsorship division and the Festival producers, and providing Hospitality to onsite teams.
The Festival Ticketing Manager will be mainly responsible for incremental requests coming in from all peoples in the media and sponsorship division.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Attend weekly/biweekly calls with Festival Producers and Partners
• Managing/Updating Google tracking documents with Festival Producers
• Confirm + Track Employees/Clients/Brands onsite attendance for safety reasons
• Travel Attendance at approx. 8-10 US festivals per year
• Assist with ticket distribution for key Festivals – i.e. managing Sponsorship Will Call
• Onsite Concierge / Client Hospitality where needed
• Assist with submitting/processing of Ticket requests
• Assist with management of ticket distribution (gathering will call names or mailing addresses/creating shipping labels, etc)
• Once orders are processed and fulfilled, lead client communication surrounding ticket access.
• Assist in communication with hotel contacts and management of hotel rooming lists for Employees + Clients
• Manager Rooming lists for internal staff and external clients
• Assist with Festival invoice reconciliation (budgeting, gathering project codes, sending info to BMs post-festival for account plan management, etc)
• Communicating with Brand and Sales teams
• Sending deadline reminders and follow ups, etc
• Be able to work independently and proactively while being detailed oriented and an excellent communicator
• Manage any customer service issues related to clients not being able to access tickets
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with National LN Teams, Sales Teams, and Festival Producers
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2+ years direct client customer service experience
• Experience with financial management of budgets, forecasting, and the ability to analyze account, trends and deliver insights
• Professional and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Working for a venue or in the live music industry a plus
• Record of success delivering innovative ticketing programs with measurable results
• Superior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations & direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends
