C3 Presents - Festival Coordinator
The Festival Coordinator's main responsibilities will include but are not limited to budget and expense management; administrative & organizational support; contest winner communication and prize fulfillment; and digital support (on website, email marketing, SMS, and digital advertising) for major milestones & announcements. This position will work closely with Director of Festival Marketing, the talent booking team, and other C3 departments to coordinate major festival announcements, logistics, messaging and managing and tracking internal documents and processes. This role requires someone who is focused, highly organized, and able to continually prioritize while balancing multiple projects. Experience with overall digital marketing strategy, budget management & project management is important, along with attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a passion for music, culture, and media trends. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently while having a team-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and update budgets for festivals in internal budget management platform
• Submit and monitor expenses and invoices
• Coordinate contest winner communication and prize fulfillment
• Understand various marketing platforms including Meta Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Webflow, Mailchimp & other digital platforms
• Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production
• Support website updates and media execution across digital platforms
• Handle administrative tasks & duties for Director of Marketing & the VP of Festivals
• Maintain and organize contacts (new contacts and existing ones)
• Draft, format, and review documents with attention to grammar and spelling
• Coordinate flow of information through proper facets
• Attend various meetings as needed, takes minutes or notes & create agendas
• Maintain the Marketing guest list for will call that includes promotional winners and contacts
• Work with team in building event details throughout the year
• Collect, maintain, and keep information organized through shared internal documents
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 1 - 2 years of experience working in digital, marketing, social media, event production, festivals, tech and/or design
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, takes initiative and fast learner
• Strong writing, proof-reading, and copyediting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Zendesk
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and/or InDesign) a plus
• Basic knowledge of event production & logistics
• Hard working, able to take direction and prioritize while juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Resourceful and detail-oriented
• Not afraid to ask for help
• Willing to step up and help with tasks outside of their job description
• This position is remote but strongly prefer a candidate that is based in Los Angeles and able to commute to Live Nation offices for occasional meetings. Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Candidate must be able to travel and work our festivals in Las Vegas and California.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$20.00 USD - $25.00 Hourly
