THE ROLE
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to handle large volume of requests via phone, email, mail, and prioritize workload (manage business calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, submit expense reports);
• Make travel arrangements for the CEO and potentially the clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation;
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO;
• Monitor deadlines and progress on various projects, ensuring they stay on schedule;
• Manage needs of Beverly Hills office personnel such as communication with facilities, mailing/Fed-Ex, monthly meetings, conference room booking, stocking supplies, etc.;
• Act as a point of contact between CEO and internal team, clients, and external partners - responsible for information flow, coordination of logistics for meetings, execution of organizational responsibilities, as needed;
• Attend and participate in company meetings, shows / events, as on-site support, and a representative of the company, as required;
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced and time-sensitive environment as an assistant;
• Personal interest in contemporary music and entertainment;
• Actively works to stay current on trends and news in pop culture, music, and entertainment;
• Superior organizational and project management skills with attention to detail;
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Outlook, Adobe, Zoom, Dropbox, Excel, Word, Concur;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Be self-motivated, pro-active, and resilient;
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
