THE JOB
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the dynamic and fast-paced daily operations of a Senior Executive Assistant to a C-Suite Executive. This individual will play a critical role in the company by assisting with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks for a high-performing leader. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, be a proactive problem solver, and possess exceptional communication skills along with meticulous attention to detail. This role may also help with other C-Suite Executives as needs arise.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Anticipate executive needs and make sure all work materials are available for a successful workday (ex. agendas for meetings/calls approved and printed ahead of time, lunch ordered, etc.)
• Support a Sr. Executive Assistant with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, updating & managing calendars, and handling correspondence while maintaining confidentiality
• Prepare extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel and transportation reservations, mileage programs and upgrades with the ability to make frequent and last-minute changes
• Track and file expenses, and prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
• Assist in organizing critical work projects and events, prioritizing tasks alongside the Sr. Executive Assistant to ensure that all objectives are addressed and handled in a timely manner
• Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with attention to detail
• Perform other related duties as required
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, supporting VP-level or higher
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook (including group scheduling) and of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Concur is a plus
• Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment
• Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise sound judgment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$76,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
