Full Job Description
Director of Recruitment – Live Nation Venues | Remote (multiple states)
The Director of Recruiting – Live Nation Venues is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across Live Nation’s U.S. owned and operated venues. Overseeing more than 150 venues nationwide, this individual will shape and execute recruitment strategies for leadership, hospitality, operations, production, and more.
This position reports to the VP of Human Resources and collaborates closely with Venue Nation leadership, HR partners, and hiring managers. The role involves leading a distributed recruiting team, developing scalable hiring processes, and implementing tools to track metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Responsibilities include:
• Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy across U.S. venues
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, supporting high-volume and specialized roles
• Partner with department heads and HR to forecast staffing needs
• Create scalable hiring processes and tools for consistency across locations
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track hiring performance
• Collaborate on employer branding and candidate-facing content
• Personally manage senior-level and critical hires
• Utilize technology (ATS, CRM, AI tools) to optimize sourcing and recruiter efficiency
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5–8+ years of recruiting experience; 3+ in a leadership role
• Experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment
• Proven ability to scale hiring operations and implement workforce programs
• Data fluency with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
