THE JOB

The role of Senior Manager, Business Development will provide client-facing counsel that will guide existing partners to invest in in Live Nation's social media products to amplify their sponsorships as well as generate interest from new partners. The selected candidate will inspire with ideas, guide with tactical knowledge, and effectively collaborate with sales and other internal teams.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Partner with internal stakeholders to introduce Live Nation's social media products with a goal of generating opportunities incremental to existing business
• Leverage pre-existing relationships with social media representatives at both brands and media agencies
• Develop presentation materials in collaboration with Product Marketing to effectively frame the opportunities in a streamlined narrative
• Coordinate and track sales opportunities with media partners, if applicable, including their sales teams, media planners, and creative leads
• Facilitate review and input from participating Live Nation festivals, venues and tours to confirm details are ready for implementation
• Present opportunities directly to clients during in-person meetings (or zoom) to communicate the excitement and rationale for Live Nation's social products with the goal of securing an investment
• Review and assess data from implemented projects across all social media products to determine whether any changes to sales strategy are merited

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 8+ years of relative experience
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms required
• Experience in sales and/or sales support preferred
• Track record of developing first-rate client presentations that lead to sales
• Well-honed presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-type environment
• Experience in music, media and/or entertainment a plus

New York City Hiring Rate*: $125,000 - $145,000
