THE JOB
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to concept creative campaigns and brand narratives across experiential, content, social, in-store, and more
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute original thinking, helping shape concepts that authentically connect brands to music culture
• Write compelling, grammatically clean copy across a variety of formats and mediums-including manifestos, presentations, headlines, taglines, naming, short-form and long-form copy
• Craft custom brand narratives and campaign ideas for pitch decks and creative proposals in Keynote
• Apply strategic thinking to your creative process-ensuring work aligns with brand objectives, audience insights, and cultural trends
• Work closely with strategy and account teams to understand client goals, the competitive landscape, and how to best position creative to win
• Contribute to creative presentations, both internally and with clients, pitching ideas clearly and confidently
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 4+ years of experience in an agency or hybrid agency/in-house environment
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and versatility across voice, tone, and format
• Proficiency in Keynote and Google Workspace (G-Suite) for building presentations and collaborating across shared documents, slides, and team workflows
• Deep understanding of the experiential marketing and sponsorship landscape
• Ability to take an idea from initial concept to polished campaign across multiple channels
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills-comfortable pitching creative internally and to clients
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, production, account) in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for live music, culture, and building work that resonates with real fans

Salary/Benefits
$75,000 - $80,000 /year USD
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
