The role of Content Operations Manager is to maintain the content displayed on the Veeps site and apps, cut show clips for previews and promotions, and manage the video take down process. In addition the person in this role will assist the head of production with monitoring sound checks and shows.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for updating the browse page with on sales, upcoming shows, curated rails, etc.;
• Work closely with the broader content team to keep track of upcoming on-sales and shows;
• Keep track of licensing periods for when shows need to be taken off the platform;
• Identify compelling moments in shows, cut and upload clips to use for previews and marketing promotion;
• Responsible for maintaining the video take down system;
• Assists Head of Production with monitoring sound checks and running shows;
• Coordinates with Production to obtain master files and deliverables from produced shows and ensure they are DRM protected;
• Overall quality control of platform's content metadata integrity, including genre-categorization, Ticketmaster IDs, image assets and more;
• May include other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Detailed oriented, prompt;
• Able to work nights and weekends;
• Proficient with basic video and image editing systems;
• Must have music taste and curation skills;

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$64,480.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD
