Job Description:
As a Broker Operations Support Representative, your role involves providing exceptional service to Professional Reseller partners and addressing fulfillment and delivery issues. You will be pivotal in resolving transactional-level errors and ensuring compliance with established seller performance metrics. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries related to ticket delivery and tracking, documenting all interactions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues. This position requires monitoring performance metrics to minimize order issues and ensuring timely and accurate ticket delivery. Additionally, you will gather and relay seller feedback to improve service and product offerings. Opportunities may also arise to provide onsite support at major events like the Super Bowl, US Open, Masters, and summer music festivals, enhancing our service delivery on grand stages.
