• Cash handling experience and Point of Sales knowledge

Job Description:
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for all off-stage, backstage, and non-technical aspects of concert and event production. This role encompasses the advancement and procurement of hospitality, VIP, and merchandise details, alongside rider requirements, staffing, scheduling, and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive and creative environment for the Production team.
• Assist in maintaining department standards and in managing budgetary requirements.
• Develop and maintain manuals and training materials for production positions.
• Track financial aspects of shows and implement cost-effective procedures.
• Schedule staff while managing labor costs and ensuring all procedures are cost-effective.
• Advance and facilitate VIP Meet & Greets, Soundcheck Parties, and backstage experiences.
• Handle backstage food and beverage/hospitality requirements and merchandise settlements.
• Document and deliver disciplinary actions to the production crew as necessary.
