The Role:
The primary responsibility of the ABIMM Administrator will be to serve as the functional subject matter expert for the ABI MasterMind Workforce Management and Time and Attendance application for 125+ venues across North America that support more than 40,000 employees. The ABIMM Administrator serves as the point-of-contact for end-users by providing excellent customer service, training new venues and users, providing technical support, user access management, reporting and more. The ABI Support team works closely with Human Resources, Operations, Payroll and Finance teams, the ABIMM Administrator is a key member of the US Concerts team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to venue payroll schedulers, GM's, Operations Managers and various other departments throughout Live Nation. This is done via support tickets and Zoom meetings on a wide range of questions and/or issues; including but not limited to user access maintenance, event maintenance and department and skill maintenance.
• Train venue management on the correct processes and procedures of the system.
• Maintains configurations of the system to ensure all are operating within the established standards of procedure.
• Create and maintain event templates, positions, skills, work types, and departments as needed.
• Monitor interface notifications for failures that require attention; including event and people record management and maintenance to ensure correct scheduling, payroll and accounting practices.
• Extract files required for Payroll processing weekly, based on pay cycles.
• Onboard new venues, managers and employees as new venues are added to the portfolio. This includes system configuration, the build of new venues in the system, training new managers and payroll schedulers, and educating new employees on how to use timeclock options provided.
• Assists with time record issues and researches any discrepancies.
• Develops and implements ongoing training, knowledge base, and user support systems for all end-users.
• Cross-functionally develops and implements processes and procedures for workforce management, scheduling, and timekeeping within ABI MasterMind.
• Works with management teams to oversee workforce optimization programs to ensure innovation and standardization across all operating departments.
• Stays current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures; identifies current problems and contributes solutions to resolve issues.
Requirements:
• Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) preferred, or 5+ years with similar TKS.
• Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of Workday and ADP Payroll platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School Diploma required.
Compensation:
• $55k - $70k annually.
