What You'll Do
• Live Show Production: Assist in casting, scheduling, budgeting, scriptwriting, sound/music design, and live streaming support.
• Talent & Studio Management: Coordinate host schedules, casting, backfills, and executive calendars to keep our live productions running smoothly.
• Live Streaming & Tech:
- Optimize streaming workflows using OBS, vMix, or equivalent.
- Set up and maintain studio equipment (lighting, chroma key, audio, video workflows).
- Continuously improve production processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Creative Production: Assist in graphics creation, on-air branding, music/score production, and live content optimization.
• Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Research and recommend new streaming tech, interactive formats, and monetization strategies.
- Keep up with the latest in live shopping, creator economy, and AI-driven production.
