Contracts Administrator

This is a Full Time Job

TITLE: Contracts Administrator
LOCATION: Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities:
 
Prepare and process rental agreements for approximately 60 live music venues for three in-house lawyers; communicate and coordinate other contract revisions with in-house legal; track action dates in contracts as required; light contract drafting and correspondence; and other ad-hoc contracts administration duties as outlined by in-house legal department.

Answer questions from venues and field offices; file, prepare and revise contract processing guidelines as necessary; communicate and update contracts group policies and reminders to venues and field offices.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
· The candidate will have some familiarity with one or more of the following: general corporate law including non-disclosure agreements and letters of understanding; vendor, service and procurement agreements; and real estate law.
· Experience will include contract review and preparation; legal correspondence; and legal research
· Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, WordPerfect, MS Excel and PowerPoint. 
· Must have strong writing, grammar and spelling skills. 
· Must possess excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 
· Must be able to work well in a team environment, juggle multiple projects and handle tight deadlines. 
· Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
· Experience in legal profession preferred.
· College degree preferred.
