We also run our own digital broadcast network of more than thirty channels across social platforms and OTT video on-demand services; licensing over 15,000 hours of hand-picked long-form content and watched by over 400 million viewers in 2020.
We are looking for an Account Manager, Paid Media to join the team in Los Angeles. The Little Dot Studios paid media team works with our clients to drive awareness and audience acquisition through smart paid social and YouTube media buying strategies. The team also handles all direct ad campaigns on the LDS YouTube Network. The Account Manager, Paid Media will work across all services of the paid media team to ensure that clients are up to date and excited about the work we are doing, and our internal media team is running efficiently in an organized manner.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication - Operate as liaison between clients and internal paid media team - schedule meetings, deliver updates, confirm details, etc. Ensure client goals are always being met.
- Team Coordination - Create and maintain organizational systems for campaigns to ensure information is being shared in a timely manner and deadlines are being met
- Project Management - Ownership over all campaign documents and materials - contracts, reports, assets and more. Ensure internal team understands client goals and objectives and are working together to achieve them.
- Presentation Materials - Assist with development of presentations - reports, proposals, capabilities, etc.
- New Business - Help create media plans and strategies for new clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in digital media account management, client management and/or planning with a focus on paid social and YouTube
- Experience with a YouTube publisher / creator network is a plus
- Familiarity with YouTube advertising and major social ad buying platforms
- Experience with data & analytics and how to use insights to inform campaign strategy and sales approach
- Experience building eye-catching and informative presentations in Keynote and Google Slides and data reports in Excel
- Experience with new business and media planning tools such as Salesforce and Operative
