HIRING: Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As part of a small, mission-driven team that believes in the power of media to create social impact, you will play a key role in supporting our work across film funding, impact campaign outreach, and organizational development. Reporting directly to Lismore Road's Head of Production, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support, helping to keep projects moving forward and ensuring the organization runs smoothly. The ideal candidate may be pursuing their studies or other creative project and looking for part-time work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage social media presence - including designing posts and writing copy
Manage and draft newsletter content, support marketing, and maintain website
Prepare reports on projects and send periodic updates to founder and donors
Support management of fiscal sponsorship program
Maintain database of project submissions and support communications with submitting film teams
Maintain internal organizational systems and project tracking
Assist with scheduling meetings and travel
Scouting of potential partners for creative and/or financial collaboration
Review films and projects submitted to Lismore Road for support
QUALIFICATIONS
An eye for graphic design/visual aesthetics (for social media)
Interest in non-fiction media (specifically documentary film)
Ideally 1+ year of work in a similar role or organization
Passion for non-profit community work
Organized, detail-oriented, and self starter
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with social media and organizational platforms: Airtable, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google suite
LOGISTICS
One-year commitment
Maximum 20 hours a week
Hybrid work (two full days in office at Hudson Yards, one half day remote)
