Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our Television Finance & Operations team. This role will provide primary administrative support to the Head of Television Finance Strategy and Operations, while also supporting the broader Television Finance department as needed. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative needs, facilitating communication, and assisting with financial processes and departmental projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Manage the Head of Television Finance's calendar, scheduling priorities, and key departmental commitments.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Head of Television Finance, coordinating with internal teams and responding to inquiries and requests for information.
• Handle general administrative duties, including processing expense reports and maintaining internal distribution lists.
• Assist with quarterly corporate reporting by tracking deadlines and gathering required deliverables.
• Collaborate with assistants across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the broader Television Finance department with ad hoc analyses, administrative needs, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance, accounting, entertainment, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Requirements
This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
Salary/Benefits
