Job Summary:
Lionsgate's Creative Services team is seeking a Social Producer to develop promotional and organic content for Starz social media platforms, with a strong focus on late-night and talk-show campaigns. This role involves creating videos, graphics, memes, gifs, and other engaging content that aligns with social media trends. The position is remote, temporary (approximately three months), and paid through a third-party payroll service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, edit, and produce social media content that is engaging and aligns with Starz brand guidelines
• Edit and design using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, creating high-level motion assets, including gifs, animations, and video editing
• Stay up to date with social media trends and provide insights to enhance content
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate content ideas for Starz original series
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines, often turning content around within a day, and incorporate feedback quickly
• Ensure all content is accurate and detail-oriented
• Maintain organized project management across all platforms
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience producing multimedia content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• 3+ years of experience as a social media video editor, specifically for talk shows or late-night programming
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and related design tools
• Familiarity with the Starz Power Universe and similar shows is a plus
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Rate:
$2,500-$3,000 per week, depending on experience.
Contract Details:
