Lionsgate has an immediate opening in Human Resources for a Recruiter with a primary focus on talent acquisition across all Lionsgate divisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Lionsgate has an immediate opening in Human Resources for a Recruiter with a primary focus on talent acquisition across all Lionsgate divisions.

This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employing creative strategies to develop and cultivate talent pipelines for critical positions. The Recruiter will also assist in managing the temporary employment and floater pool programs.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategically partner with internal Department Managers to identify departmental needs and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates

• Post open positions using internal and external networks including social media and online recruiting tools

• Facilitate the sourcing, interview, selection and on-boarding processes; delivering qualified and diverse talent to fill open positions

• Perform reference and background checks

• Negotiate offers of employment

• Facilitate the hire and placement of temporary employment resources

• Assist with managing the company Floater Pool Program

• Special Projects as requested


Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3-5 years Human Resources and Recruitment and/or Staffing experience

• Proven track record for sourcing and recruiting in a corporate environment

• Strong communication skills necessary to interface with senior-level internal and external stakeholders and to influence business decisions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and talent acquisition technology (Applicant Tracking Systems)

• Highly motivated, and collaborative team player strategic and innovative approach to attract new talent into the business

• Working knowledge of social media trends and digital recruitment destinations
