Marketing Coordinator Job Details | Lionsgate
Summary of Position
The Marketing Coordinator role requires a talented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an attention to detail, a proactive nature, a “can do” attitude, the ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects and handle high volume of emails. Also thrives in a dynamic, creative and challenging environment. This role will handle a variety of administrative duties, special research and marketing projects, information aggregation and tracking, and general support of the International Distribution Company (IDC).
Responsibilities
• Managing phones, conference calls, meetings and schedules for the IDC Marketing Executives
• Asset Management including uploading materials to asset management systems (DAX/OneClear, BOX, Adstream)
• Create presentation templates for each LATAM title's Marketing Strategy Decks, Campaign Highlights and Infographics
• Administer artwork approval process for key art on all titles ensuring that the final product meets marketing and legal requirements
• Update the various Marketing & Distribution Weekly Charts with details of the theatrical campaign for each LATAM countries per title to share with producers and the IDC team
• Review and approve all pre-screening requests that includes exhibitor, censorship, press, local premiere, promotional, etc for our films
• Follow up with local distributors on updates on placement of trailer and poster placed in theaters
• Coordinate localization of trailers with Local Labs in Mexico and Brazil by delivering all OV materials, confirming local title, approving translation and sending the finished materials to distributors to launch in local theaters and online
• Communicate with the servicing team on updates regarding the localization of the LAS and BPO feature DCP
• Assist in providing materials for distributor's exhibitor events by requesting approval for access from producers and delivering the materials in a timely manner
• Request and review P&As along with create Comparison Chart with similar titles and share feedback with SVP of Marketing
• Confirm release dates and deliver Marketing materials to the islands
Qualifications
and Skills
• Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Resourceful in finding solutions to problems
• Able to build cross-divisional and inter-company relationships
• Works well in dynamic, changing and team oriented environment
• Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese languages is a plus
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Shared Google Applications (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Photoshop, Video Editing Skills (Premiere Pro, QuickTime, GameBar, etc.) is a plus

IDC (International Distribution Company)
