Summary of Position:
Lionsgate is currently seeking a Manager, Learning and Engagement, that will report to the Director, Learning & Development and sit in our Denver office. Responsibilities include:
-Manage employee experience for Denver and remote (onboarding to offboarding)
-Manage employee engagement programming for Denver from day to day administration of programs to event creation and management
-Manage L&D programing for Denver from content creation (videos, materials, etc.) to facilitation of trainings, workshops, offsites, etc.
-Manage all local employee communication and partner with larger LionsgateLife team on all staff communication
-Partner with business to continuously assess training & engagement needs
-Partner with TA for onsite ERG local management & partner with local TA on D&I needs
-Partner on company-wide Engagement Surveys
-Support with employee questions
-Assist with additional projects throughout the year
-Support all offices with above as necessary
Experience & Skills:
-An approachable demeanor and be highly motivated to go above and beyond what is asked.
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects / tasks with competing deadlines.
-Ability to be resourceful and problem solve quickly and under pressure.
-Comfortable working with all levels of employees
-Experience and a level of comfort presenting in front of groups of employees and key stakeholder
-Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to adapt communication style
-Highly skilled in MS PowerPoint and familiar with video authoring tools (i.e. GoAnimate, Articulate)
-College degree preferred (in Organizational Psychology, HR, or similar field)
