Summary of Position
This is a mid-level technical position that focuses on language and accessibility asset creation, retrieval from previous licensees, and asset management. Attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through are required in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the creation of multi-language foreign dub and subtitle and accessibility files.
• Research and coordinate with distributors and licensees for the retrieval of localized assets.
• Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to problem-solve technical, legal, and creative issues during the asset retrieval and localization process.
• Research and track localized digital assets as needed and log data into digital asset management and internal inventory systems with an eye on proper file structure and localization terminology.
• Assist with global localization queries to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Liaise with Data Analyst for submission and approval of purchase orders, wire transfers, and invoices.
• Update workflow trackers and provide cross-functioning support with other team members.
• Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
• 2-3 years’ experience working in localization facility or studio environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in asset management and knowledge of physical and digital localized asset formats and file types.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in data input, orders, and delivery.
• Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel are a must.
• Working experience with SAP or similar software to process and track payments is helpful.
• Working experience with digital asset management or file delivery programs is a plus.
