Job Description:
Lionsgate is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution. This role is responsible for managing the President’s calendar, organizing meetings, coordinating complex travel plans, and handling general administrative duties. The assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by maintaining confidentiality, supporting internal meetings, and coordinating special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling calls and meetings, monitoring for conflicts, and organizing materials for meetings.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing team coordination, and processing expense reports.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and provide detailed travel plans and documentation.
• Attend internal meetings, maintain notes, and follow up on action plans.
• Coordinate special events, managing guest lists, logistics, and catering.
• Provide general support to the President and the Worldwide Distribution team for various projects.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with other assistants and departments, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
