Full Job Description
Lionsgate is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for an experienced and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is adept at managing both high-level executive functions and team coordination. The Executive Assistant will also manage and mentor a direct report, an Executive Support Assistant, delegating tasks as appropriate to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO by anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining the utmost confidentiality
• Provide daily administrative support including rolling calls, managing a high-volume and ever-changing calendar, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, submitting expense reports, and handling logistics
• Set up meetings (in-person or virtual), track action items, and ensure next steps are completed
• Prepare briefing materials and decks for meetings; manage incoming scripts, reports, and screenings
• Support quarterly Board of Directors meetings with materials prep, logistics, and board liaison
• Maintain and update CEO’s contact list with VIPs, talent, partners, and agencies
• Collaborate with the Assistant to the Vice Chairman on communications and scheduling
• Mentor and delegate tasks to the Executive Support Assistant, supporting their growth
• Streamline administrative processes for efficient office operations
• Remain available after hours for urgent matters as needed
• Handle select personal tasks such as reservations and personal appointments
