Developer SAP CRM/ Web Applications Support

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an experienced Developer in SAP CRM/Web Applications support.

The Developer SAP CRM/Web Applications Support is responsible for:

• Working with the Lionsgate user community and other IT team members to develop business solutions
• Translating functional requirements into technical specification. Designing, developing, testing and implementing solutions based on these requirements
• Developing custom applications and interfaces
• Day to day support of SAP IPM application & other web applications
• Evaluating new functionality delivered by SAP
• Conducting testing of support pack implementations and upgrades
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of project and production support documentation
• Reporting to management regarding project and production support status
• Support and adhere to application change management polices and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM applications support/configuration experience
• Excellent analytical and systems design skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience following a structured project life cycle methodology (e.g. ASAP)

Additional skills preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering preferred but not required
• Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
