Lionsgate is currently seeking an Assistant to Senior Vice President of Unscripted Television and a Second Assistant to the President of Television. This is a demanding, fast paced desk. The ideal candidate is energetic and proactive with an interest in Business Affairs and Unscripted Television. This role will be exposed to high-level scripted and unscripted television affairs.
Responsibilities:
-Heavy scheduling (maintaining two calendars, making personal appointments, lunch and dinner reservations)
-Rolling calls
-Maintaining phone sheet
-Personal and professional travel arrangements
-Processing expenses
-Distributing contracts
-Miscellaneous personal tasks
-Ad-hoc requests for the Alternative Programming Department
Experience & Skills:
-Previous experience and demonstrated interest in TV production preferred
-Proficient with Outlook, and Microsoft Word
-Knowledge of current television landscape, agents, and executives preffered
-Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self-sufficient
-Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
-Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required
-BA/BS degree in a related field required
