Overview:
Lion Forge Entertainment (LFE) is searching for an exceptional individual to be its Executive Assistant for our Production and Legal Teams, based in our Los Angeles offices. The position reports to LFE's EVP of Production and Content Partnership, LFE's SVP of Business and Legal Affairs, and parent company (Polarity) Legal Operations Manager.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• • Provide administrative support to the heads of both Animation and Live Action Production, and head of Business Affairs - Los Angeles, which includes updating and maintaining their calendars and scheduling; taking notes in meetings and summarizing action items; preparing travel arrangements and itineraries; filing expenses reports via Expensify; preparing research materials for all upcoming meetings for the executive team.
• • Interface with various departments across LFE and Polarity to coordinate information sharing and ensure efficient communication between internal and external parties
• • Participate in Staff Meetings. Track all status, progress, and updates as it pertains to Production and Legal.
• • Assist in preparing all necessary agendas, presentations, and other items as needed.
• • Conduct occasional research for production and legal departments.
• • Maintain an organized cloud-based file system for Production and Legal Departments.
• • Act as point of contact for all office logistics including direct communication with office building management, handling incoming/outgoing deliveries, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support when needed.
• • Coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure the office is fully stocked and assist in placing supply orders for the Los Angeles office.
• • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

• • Familiarity with production pipelines, processes, and documents.
• • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
• • Proficient in organizational software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• • Proficient in Salesforce, Filmtrack, RoyaltyZone, or other contract tracking/rights management platforms is a
plus.
• • Experience with production-specific software (e.g. MovieMagic, Scenechronize, Frame.io, Pix, etc) is a plus.
• • Basic understanding of the TV / Film industry and major players.
