Search for Assistant-Talent Dept. jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Management and Production company seeking a new Assistant to Partner in the Talent department. 1-2 years of agency or management experience preferred.
This is not a starter desk.
Job Duties:
• Rolling calls
• Communicating with clientele
• Administrative tasks (i.e. schedule/itinerary preparation, calendar organization, meeting organization, etc.)
• Travel Coordination
• Appointment preparation and arrangement
• Submission of clientele to Casting
• Servicing a high volume of clients
Skills
You must be:
• Excellent at multi-tasking
• Able to handle high volume of client requests
• Able to prioritize multiple high-importance items
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• A self-starter
• Possess a passion for the entertainment industry
• Working knowledge of programs such as but not limited to: InEntertainment, Microsoft Office, Windows Movie Maker
