Lineage Interactive is a digital marketing agency and production house. We're looking for someone to join and grow with our team.
We are seeking an experienced assistant to support our CEO, while also helping the company develop their internal PR and marketing materials.
The Role
The Executive Assistant's responsibility is to provide administrative support to the CEO and provide PR/marketing services for the company. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, project coordination skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Responsibilities will include calendar management, making travel and meeting arrangements, planning staff activities, managing the physical office space, writing articles for the company, and managing the company marketing materials.
Education
Candidate with a journalism, communications, marketing, PR, Cinema-Television, and/or Business background would be a good fit for this position.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the CEO by maintaining calendars, rolling calls, rescheduling appointments as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, and providing timely reminders for item due dates. Coordinate travel, directions, and itinerary information.
Handle travel planning including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car rental reservations, and car service arrangements as needed
Identify ways to enhance executive productivity and organizational effectiveness, propose and help drive execution of solutions
Assist with organizing events including social functions and company outings
Send press releases, media alerts, interview opportunities, etc
Update and create press lists, contact lists, and other databases. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of C-suite level executive administrative support experience
Strong ability to ANTICIPATE the needs of the CEO
High degree of organization and administrative skills;
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings;
Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
Well organized, diplomatic and able to work competently under high pressure;
Strong team player with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
Experience with Mac and PC operating systems and Google Apps;
Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
Additional Preferences:
1+ years experience at top Agency (ie WME, ICM, etc.)
1+ years of PR/marketing experience
