Assistant to Founder / Manager

Linden Entertainment is seeking an ambitious assistant for founder/manager, Nicole King. Linden Entertainment was founded by Nicole King & Stacy O'Neil and works across talent management, production and brand ventures. This is a full-time role based in our Brentwood office working with a small, collaborative & tight-knit team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset and at least one year of desk experience - agency preferred. The job includes administrative duties (rolling, scheduling meetings and calendar management, travel booking, expense reports, etc.) as well as reading, project tracking, and interfacing with A-list talent. This role will also provide scheduling and reading support to another manager/producer. Ideal candidates are self-starters and strong multi-taskers who are looking to grow.
