The role of the Offline Editorial Coordinator is to execute tasks dictated by the General Manager to help facilitate Offline clients' needs. The Coordinator will be handed daily duties to follow through as well as work independently on long term projects. The Offline Editorial Coordinator will collaborate with the Operations, Engineering, etc. to ensure client needs are met.
Offline:
• Schedule Offline client rooms and Avid equipment with the assistance of the GM
• Prepare all Offline edit suites and offices in preparation of clients. This includes cleaning rooms as well as moving and purchasing furniture when necessary
• Be the face of LINY to all Offline editorial clients
• Evaluate and assist with client requests promptly
• Submit client technical requests via ticketing system allowing the Engineering team to respond quickly
• Track room and edit usage as well as Nexis storage use. Communicate and invoice clients weekly
• Prepare and distribute weekly Offline summary detailing current and prospective usage
Post Production facility experience preferred but not required.
