
Executive Assistant/Associate Producer

Levity Talent (the major management/producing arm of Levity Live) is seeking a dedicated, organized, motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant and Associate Producer to support one of our Senior Comedy Managers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, and has a passion for comedy. An interest in talent management and producing is essential. Ideally, this candidate has professional aspirations to become a comedy manager themself at some point in their career. Direct or indirect industry experience (e.g., talent management, talent agency, casting, social media, marketing, publicity) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Handle heavy call volumes and act as a gatekeeper for the Senior Comedy Manager.
• Conduct research projects and provide valuable insights.
• Oversee contract management and financial tracking for comedy projects.
• Provide script coverage and feedback.
• Book and advance travel for celebrity clients, including logistics to and from destinations.
• Project and event management when needed (e.g. taking the lead on client projects as they arise such as live events, showcases, etc.).
• Advancement management of client's tour dates with their assistants, road managers, and venue POC's.
• Maintain communication and reporting between the talent management department.
• Interact with high profile clients and their teams via phone, email, and group text messages.
• Perform administrative duties such as digital filing, typing, and copying documents.
• Proofread written documents, social media posts and public relations materials for accuracy, grammar, flow and spelling.
• Process all T&E and other departmental expenses.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of agency management and/or production experience.
• Must be hardworking, resilient, and have thick skin (think Lloyd on HBO's Entourage) [MCM weak joke].
• A strong love for comedy and an appreciation for the workings of the industry is essential.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, as well as, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and ability to accomplish tasks and projects as assigned.
• Quick learner.
• Be confident managing high-pressure situations with timelines and tact all while juggling competing priorities.
• Ability to confidently and professionally represent the Senior Manager, as well as the Levity organization to the outside world.
This role requires a minimum commitment of 60 hours per week, including 4-5 days in-person at the Levity office in Los Angeles.
