Levity Talent (the major management/producing arm of Levity Live) is seeking an organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive 2nd assistant to support two busy talent managers. This is an entry-level, in-office position based in Los Angeles. References, as well as an interest and enthusiasm for the comedy business is required. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): client interaction, communicating with performance venues, booking domestic and international travel, managing and shipping merchandise inventory for multiple clients, and tracking projects in casting. Significant growth opportunity for someone with the desire to become a talent manager and producer.
