Level99 is a first-of-its-kind entertainment destination opening in Natick, MA in June 2021. The Guide position starts in late May/early June of 2021 and will help prepare for our GRAND OPENING.

At over 48,000 square feet, Level99 is a destination unlike anything you've seen before with a focus on challenge based entertainment, craft drinks and scratch kitchen.

We challenge guests to compete and collaborate both physically and mentally in over 40 different themed challenge rooms, PvP competitions, and Hunts through immersive art installations.

We are seeking awesome individuals that demonstrate skills in the following areas to join our opening Guide Team:
• Humor skills
• Friendliness skills
• Public speaking skills
• Bo staff skills
• Problem solving skillls
• Sense of urgency skills
• Some tech savviness skills
• Attention to detail skills - if you didn't notice that ''problem solving skillls'' had too many ''Ls'' then this might not be one of your skills, but we still believe in you.
• Team Player skills
• Funny and timely GIF selection skills
• Reliability skills

Our Guides are the core of the Level99 team, checking in guests, pro-actively providing service, interacting and having fun, and performing opening/closing tasks.
