Bookkeeping/ Data Entry Assistant

We are a quickly growing NYC based business management firm. We are currently looking to add an important administrative support position to help with daily data entry, bookkeeping, and clerical work.
- Record daily bank activity in to Quickbooks software
- Daily Microsoft Excel Data Entry
- Complete monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Create & track invoices
- Pay approved invoices in a timely manner
- Present checks for signature and mail checks to vendors
- Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- QuickBooks experience required
- Microsoft excel knowledge (entry and formulas) preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
Work hours: 9AM - 6PM; M-F
Compensation: $15/ hour
