Job Title: Production Artist/Coordinator
Job Description: The Print Production Artist/Coordinator helps facilitate client requests and serves as a liaison with the creative team and within the print production department for all production related requests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Creating production mechanicals in InDesign for OOH, screeners, packaging, one-sheets, publication ads, presentations, brochures, style guides, etc.
• Breaking out key art into digital assets for websites and online platforms
• Creating digital presentations using InDesign/Bridge/Keynote/Google Slides
• Creating new asset templates
• Preparing Asset callout sheets for Finishing
• Prepping and delivering layered comp files to clients
• Uploading/Downloading from web portals and FTP
• Occasionally creating vector EPS files of title treatments and production logos
• Masking photography in Photoshop
• Automating Photoshop actions
Qualifications
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Acrobat, KeyNote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Must have Print Production Department experience.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
