Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answer phones
Maintain and disseminate daily schedule
Facilitate stock requests from Art Directors
Provide assistance to Account Managers, Art Directors and Creative Directors when needed
Order, stock and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Ensure proper delivery and receipt of all couriers and shipments
Schedule freelancers
Maintain project time tracking interface
Proofread presentations prior to delivery
Keep release date schedule of client shows
Perform miscellaneous errands, including: photo shoot supplies, deliveries to local clients and ordering meals
Read scripts and watch shows in order to write synopses and copy (if needed)
Keep office and kitchen tidy
Research industry trends
Skills Needed:
At least one year experience as office assistant, coordinator or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Have a passion for the entertainment industry and/or advertising
Proficient in Microsoft Office and all things Mac
Able to work in a fast paced work environment
