Research Assistant For A Film And TV Assistant

Research Writing Assistant.
Looking for an a detailed researcher writer to assist us on a high profile film script and other projects with office work. It involves deep research, detailed file organization, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job duties encompass general office duties including but not limited to the following: answering calls, file organization, scheduling meetings, composing estimates & invoices, ordering supplies and taking inventory, script coverage, research. Aside from the general office duties you will have an opportunity to assist creatively on projects. at PIC Collective and Legwork Collective
Must be proficient with Mac computers and Excel. Word , Final Draft , Adobe Suite
( medium level ok ), Google suite ( A MUST) . Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
Must be able to work under pressure. It's a high stress job due to the industry demands.
This is not a 3-4 month job it is more long term and needs a commitment.
You must be able to work from our office in Los Angeles.
Job Types: Contract, but long term.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 25- 28 hours a week TOTAL
Must have recommendations
Must have the skills listed.
