Hourly Pay Rate Range: $16.00 - $18.00

Summary of Position:

Legendary is currently seeking an intern to assist its hard-working Information Technology (IT) department. Our interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced and creative team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Information Security, Business Technology, and Media Management. The ideal candidate will be pursuing (or recently graduated with) an engineering degree, is entering their Junior or Senior year, and has a passion for computer systems, networking, and system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Service Desk team with system configurations and deployments
• Help develop Knowledge Base articles based on known problems / solutions
• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Legendary interns and employees
• Assist System Administrators with audits, maintenance and updates of various technology solutions
• Shadow the Service Desk, System Administration, Cloud, and Network Engineering teams
• Assist in workflow definition and improvement with other business units including Marketing, Feature Film, Television and Comics.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
• Must be enrolled in college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Spring) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
• Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• We are looking for undergraduate students with a passion for technology and problem solving
• Interns should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a fervor for learning new technologies
• We work with the latest best-of-breed technologies and are constantly striving to utilize technology in new, creative manners
• Desired majors, Cyber Security (Computer Engineering), MIS, Computer Science, Applied Statistics
